Upcoming Appearances
The Tailleferre Ensemble will be playing in the Glasshouse at Kew Gardens on 25th September, as part of their Nash Sessions. The ensemble will present an evening concert of varied works for wind quartet, trio and duo, including work by Mozart, Beethoven, Arrieu, Paul Harris and Bill Douglas amongst others.

The Tailleferre Ensemble will present a lunchtime recital of wind quintet music for Leatherhead Concert & Arts Society. The short recital will be free of charge to attend, and will feature quintet music by Tailleferre, as well as new music by Rhian Samuel, Sally Wave and Paul Harris. A great programme for those interested in hearing brand new music for wind quintet.
Nicola will join the Brigantes Orchestra in Sheffield Cathedral for their Autumn concert. The programme will include music from l’Arlésienne by Bizet, Ravel’s Boléro and Symphony No. 3 by Saint-Saens. On this occasion Nicola will be playing the oboe d’amore solo in Bolero.

Nicola will join the English National Ballet Philharmonia on principal oboe for 7 performances of Tchaikovsky’s ballet ‘Sleeping Beauty’. The seven performances will take place at the Mayflower Theatre, Southampton.

Nicola will perform the Ruth Gipps Oboe Concerto with the St. Paul’s Sinfonia as part of their concert ‘Friends and Contemporaries’. This will be Nicola’s first performance of this concerto as soloist, and will take place at St. Margaret’s Church, Blackheath, London.
